Privacy Policy

This policy explains exactly what the app stores, where it stores it, and what it asks permission for. It is written to match the app's privacy manifest and the App Store data collection answers, which state that no data is collected.
Who we are
Red Harlequin Fruit is a single player puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. This policy covers version 1.0 of the app and every later version until this page is updated. Questions can be sent through the support page.
What we collect
Nothing. No personal data, no usage data, no identifiers, no diagnostics, no location, no contacts, no purchase history. The app does not transmit anything, so there is no data for us or anyone else to receive.
What the app stores on your device
All of this lives inside the app's own private container, which no other app can read, and it is removed when you delete the app.

Camera
The camera is opened only when you tap Camera yourself, in the Portrait Studio or on the final onboarding screen. iOS shows its own permission prompt the first time, and the purpose string explains why.
The frame you keep is cropped square, scaled down, compressed to JPEG and written into the app's folder as your Playbill portrait or board cloth. It is not uploaded, not shared, not analysed and not backed up to any service of ours. You can delete it from the Portrait Studio at any time, and refusing camera access costs you nothing else in the game.
Photo library
Picking a picture uses the system photo picker, which runs outside the app and hands over only the single image you selected. The app never requests full library access and cannot browse, read or count your photos.
A separate "add to library" permission is declared so a finished Playbill card can be saved back to your own photos when you ask for it.
Children
The game contains no advertising, no purchases, no chat, no user generated content shared with anyone, and no data collection. Nothing in it is directed at profiling anyone, of any age.
If you write to us
The support form on this website is the one place where you can hand us something yourself. What you type there — your email address, the reason you picked and your message — is used solely to read your request and reply to it, is never sold, never used for marketing and never passed to a third party, and is deleted once the matter is closed. Writing to us is entirely voluntary, and the app itself never sends anything on your behalf.
Required reason APIs
Apple asks apps to declare certain system APIs and the reason for using them. The app's PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy declares:

E174.1, to display free space on the settings screen. - System boot time — reason
35F9.1, for measuring elapsed time inside the app.
Tracking is declared as false, the tracking domain list is empty, and the collected data types list is empty.
Your rights
Rights of access, correction, export and erasure apply to data a company holds about you. We hold none: everything the game creates stays in your own device's storage and is under your control. The one exception is a message you choose to send us through the support form, and you can ask us to delete that at any time by writing to the same address.
Deleting everything
Settings contains a Clear everything button. It erases the ledger, the stored pictures and every preference immediately and permanently. Deleting the app removes exactly the same data. Because nothing was ever sent anywhere, there is nothing left to request or erase elsewhere.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the game ever collects anything, this page will be updated before that version ships and the change will be described in the release notes.
